Alison Dyer-Fagundo is a Client Director at Estera Services (Bermuda) Limited. She is a former partner in the corporate department of Appleby Law Bermuda office.
Alison has extensive experience in private equity transactions, derivatives, public and private company M&A activity, equity and debt markets, and partnerships in relation to both their formation and on-going transactions. She leads the members’ voluntary liquidation practice, acting as liquidator in most cases.
Alison is a member of the Bermuda Bar Association and former chairman of Appleby's mentoring committee. She was previously an elected member of the Bermuda Bar Council and the Professional Conduct Committee of the Bermuda Bar Council. Alison is a member of the UK Institute of Directors.
Alison is recommended by Legal 500 Caribbean 2014 and is listed as a 'Leading Lawyer' in the Capital Markets and Mergers & Acquisitions categories for IFLR1000's 2015 rankings. Chambers Global 2013 named her a 'Leader in her Field', noting 'her significant experience in debt and equity financings and securities offerings and listings.' In 2012 IFLR1000 named Alison as a 'Leading Lawyer' in the Financial and Corporate category.
